These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the MyAIProtect mobile application and the website myaiprotect.app (the "Service") provided by MyAIProtect ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

MyAIProtect is a mobile application for smartphone protection using artificial intelligence technologies. The Service provides the following features:

• Detection and blocking of malicious software
• Protection against phishing attacks and dangerous links
• Privacy monitoring and app access control
• Personal file encryption
• Regular threat database updates

2. Terms of Use

2.1. Registration

Full use of the Service may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

2.2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Using the Service to violate any laws
• Attempting to bypass security measures or limitations of the Service
• Decompiling, modifying, or creating derivative products based on the Service
• Transferring or selling access to your account to third parties
• Using the Service in a way that could harm other users

2.3. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended for individuals aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, you may not use the Service without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscription and Payment

Basic features of the Service are provided free of charge. Advanced features are available via subscription. Subscription terms:

• Payment is processed through the App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your app store settings
• Refunds are issued in accordance with the respective app store's policy

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service
• Detection of 100% of all existing security threats
• Compatibility with all devices and operating systems
• Data preservation in the event of force majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• Interface design and graphic elements
• Trademarks and logos
• Text and multimedia content

belong to MyAIProtect or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Any copying, distribution, or use without written consent is prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and your account.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

The statute of limitations for any claims related to the use of the Service is one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
