Data Deletion

We respect your right to delete your personal data. Below are the ways you can request deletion of your account and all associated data from MyAIProtect.
Option 1: Delete via the App
The quickest way to delete your data is through the app settings:
- Open the MyAIProtect app on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Select Account
- Tap Delete Account and Data
- Confirm deletion by following the on-screen instructions
After confirmation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you are unable to delete your data through the app, send a deletion request by email:
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- In the body, include the email address associated with your MyAIProtect account
- We may request additional information to verify your identity
We will process your request within 30 days of receipt and identity verification.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your account data (email, name, identifier)
- Scan history and detected threats
- App settings and preferences
- All data associated with your device
- Data shared with third parties on your behalf (we will send corresponding requests)
Data That May Be Retained
In accordance with applicable law, we may retain a limited set of data:
- Transaction and payment records (for accounting purposes) — up to 5 years
- Data required for dispute resolution or fulfilling legal obligations
- Anonymized and aggregated statistical data
Facebook Data Deletion
If you signed into MyAIProtect through Facebook or your data was obtained via Facebook, you can also:
- Remove MyAIProtect data through your Facebook app settings
- Find MyAIProtect in the list of apps and click "Remove"
This will revoke MyAIProtect's access to your Facebook data and initiate deletion of associated data.
